At Scandals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, resaleable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
